Ordering and delivery

1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Milly London takes care of the delivery costs. You do not pay shipping costs.
* You pay the shipping costs for returning the product.

2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we use Track & Trace to ship all your products. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive a link by email as soon as your order is shipped. Sometimes it may take some time before Track & Trace is available.

3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Milly London strives for fast delivery of products. If you place an order before 15:00 on weekdays, we will endeavour to process your order the same day. Many of our products are delivered directly through our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 3-7 working days.

4. I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be delivered either to your neighbours or to a pick-up point near you. You then have 7 days to collect your parcel. You will of course receive a message about this.

5. WRONG ADDRESS.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and delivery, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect delivery address.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If, according to Track & Trace, your parcel has been delivered to your address - but you still haven't received your order - please report this to us. We will look for a suitable solution together.
